Two and a half days of in-person training

Theoretical and practical exams, leading to official IMI registration and eligibility for ASE High Voltage Certification

Ohm’s Law; function of relays and transistors

Determination of the high-voltage battery state
Four-wire milliohm & insulation testing
Diagnostic methods for electric vehicles
Manufacturer disconnect procedures and verification of zero potential
Tools & Equipment Used for Training:
Custom-built high voltage training carts
Color-printed student guide & digital reference materials
Milliohm meters, insulation testers, two-pole voltage testers, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and diagnostic tools
High voltage personal protective equipment (PPE) provided
Examinations:
Theoretical Exam:
45-minute multiple-choice exam
Practical Exam (30 minutes):
Perform a certified high-voltage disconnect procedure
Diagnose high-voltage system issues
Identify bonding and insulation faults
